1. In a saucepan, whisk together Saffron Firni, Saffron Almond Flour, sugar, salt, and ½ cup of the milk until smooth and lump-free.
Step 2: Cook the Custard
1. Slowly whisk in the remaining milk. 2. Place the pan over medium heat, stirring constantly. 3. Cook for 8–10 minutes, until the custard thickens and coats the back of a spoon.
Step 4: Serve
Spoon into bowls or glass cups.
Garnish with crushed almonds, pistachios, or a drizzle of honey.
