1. Order Processing

  • All orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after order confirmation (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Processing time may vary during peak seasons or due to product availability.

  • You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed, and another once your package has shipped with tracking details.


2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

Free Standard Shipping

Estimated Delivery:

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days from the shipment date.

  • Expedited Shipping (optional, at checkout): Typically 2–5 business days (charges apply; delivery time depends on destination and carrier).

Carrier & Tracking:

  • Shipments within the U.S. are fulfilled via trusted carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS).

  • A tracking number will be provided via email once the order is shipped.


3. International Shipping

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

  • Shipping fees and delivery estimates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Estimated international delivery generally ranges from 7–15 business days, depending on local customs clearance and carrier service levels.

Customs, Duties & Taxes:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or fees levied by their destination country.

  • These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order leaves our facility:

  • You will receive a shipment notification with a tracking number.

  • Tracking may take up to 24–48 hours to update in the carrier system.

  • Use your tracking number to view the latest delivery status.


5. Shipping Restrictions

  • Some remote or high‑risk regions may not be eligible for certain shipping services. If this applies to your address, our team will contact you with options.

  • P.O. Box delivery availability depends on the selected carrier and service.


6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven’t received it, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or around your delivery location.

  2. Wait an additional 24–48 hours (sometimes carriers mark deliveries early).

  3. If still missing, contact our Customer Support team with your order number — we will assist with carrier claims and resolution.

For items damaged in transit, please contact us with photos of the packaging and product within 7 days of delivery.


7. Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Changes to shipping address or cancellations may be possible before the order is processed or shipped.

  • Contact us as soon as possible — once the package is in transit, changes may not be feasible.
